Dynamic Warm-Up
The dynamic warm-up is designed to warm up the neuromuscular system. It should be conducted on a field of approximately 15 yards. Specific focus and instruction should be given to proper arm form and body posture (run progression). If feasible, and in order to save time, have the entire team warm-up simultaneously.

LINEAR: Linear warm-up is 15 yards down and, unless directed otherwise, a form run (50%) back.
1. Form Run down and back.
2. Knee to chest down / High knees back.
3. Quad stretch down / Butt Kickers back.
4. Toy soldiers down / Lunges back.
5. Bounders down and back.

LATERAL: Lateral warm-up is 10 yards down and back.
6. Side Lunge (hands on hips)
7. Side Shuffle
8. Karioka
9. Quick Feet

UPPER BODY: Upper Body warm-up is 10 yards down and a form run (50%) back.
10. 15 Push-Ups into a Bear Crawl
